Anna Affias

Chicago, IL

 

Anna is the Owner and Manager of STKD Racing Squad and is a true crit racing junkie. She first discovered the sport through the world of triathlons (back in 2016) and hasn’t looked back since. She’s a champion of inclusivity, equality, and aims to break barriers, push industry norms, and challenge the status quo. When not riding or racing bikes, Anna uses her creative superpowers to drum up new business as a Business Development Executive at Slalom.

Lisa Hilleren

Chicago, IL

 

Lisa is a project manager and has been road racing since 2016. She loves nothing more than animating a race with sneak attacks and throwing down for a sprint finish. Lisa Co-Manages STKD! Racing Squad and is committed to breaking down barriers to growth in Women’s Cycling.

Hannah Glatter

Lawrence, KS

Hannah hypes cycling adventures and resides in Lawrence, KS. She started racing road and gravel in 2019. She’s got a knack for both punchy hill climbs and long sustained efforts. Hannah enjoys getting involved with the youth in her community and is especially eager to help more girls access, enjoy, and chase down big goals on the bike.

Austin Killips

Chicago, IL

 
 

Austin is a bike mechanic at The Bike Lane in Chicago. She has been racing bikes since 2019 and loves to attack hills, leadout teammates, and fight for holeshots. Austin is invested in making cycling a more welcoming and accessible activity for other trans people. If she's not racing or training she can probably be found fixing a bike or staring at a map to find new roads to ride.

Lisa Lim

Chicago, IL

 

Lisa is a graphic designer at SRAM and mom to an 11 year old son. Lisa began bike racing in 2016, from triathlon background. Lisa thrives in longer races, but has been known to provide a pretty killer leadout when the situation calls for it. Lisa is always working for equity for women in cycling and getting kids on bikes.

Rachel Pearson

Cincinnati, OH

Rachel is a physical therapist and mom to a brand new baby girl with super strong biker thighs who loves watching Rachel ride the trainer. Rachel started road racing in 2017 following a hip surgery since she couldn't run or compete in triathlons (previously Team USA). Rachel does whatever possible to be out of the bunch sprint at the finish and excels at powerful solo efforts and working in small breakaways. Rachel is committed to addressing accessibility in cycling citing how expensive it is to start out (equipment costs) and how daunting it can be to get started if you don't know someone to explain categories, start process etc..

Kelly O’Brien

Chicago, IL

 
 

Kelly is a digital content coordinator at SRAM. Kelly started road racing in 2016. Kelly loves to feel the sweet sweet burn of bringing back the break and then somehow also manages to sprint for the finish. Kelly loves to create opportunities to support women who also work in the cycling industry.
